For BEESWAX CANDLES
Please use Rajiv's Beeswax Candles with caution. Never leave a burning flame unattended. Trim wick to 1/4" before every use.
Rajiv Surendra is not responsible for any damages that may occur from the use of the beeswax candles purchased on this website.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order before shipping. We ship domestically in the United States only, via UPS shipping. Our risk for lost or damaged goods passes to you at the time that your order to transferred to the delivery company. Beyond the tracking information that is provided to us, we do not have access to additional information, nor do we have any control over its handling or time it takes for delivery.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales final. No refunds or exchanges, the exception being items that arrive damaged or broken. If you receive something that has broken during shipping, please photograph both the item and the packaging, and contact us.
